Several weeks later after the guy paid me and moved in I drove by my old place and noticed an old Lincoln Continental in the drive with a personalized plate that said "freakshow" and A guy got out of the car who looked like a professional wrestler with long hair and tattoos, pretty intimidating....this was my new renter.

I've been using Vista Print for my postcards, but I'm getting frustrated with a few things, such as: 1) All my cards have scuffs/smudges across the center 2) They don't offer yellow card stock 3) Shipping times are inconsistent, back to back orders may ship a week apart The one thing I did like about Vista Print was that I could get coupon codes off the web to get 1000 cards printed/shipped for around $350.
