I have seen many people burned AFTER they buy a property, because they assume.

We want to buy her sister out of the property, but don’t know where to begin because we’ve only bought 3 properties in Pennsylvania through a realtor.

I’ve been chatting with a fund manager about our performing notes.He asked a question I hadn’t heard before...Would we be willing to buy any loans back if the borrower goes 90 days delinquent?

You just need start again and figure out what types of investments interest you... whether it be rental properties, buying mortgage notes, etc.
