You have to look at the value that hiring will bring to your company, allowing you the freedom to continue to make money elsewhere, because if you try to do too much, the quality and value that you bring to your real estate will suffer.

As long as you are priding the property owner's name and mailing address, skip tracing companies will be able to cross reference the address with the name.

However, the broker sent me a PSA used by the bank, and there are a lot of clauses that I am not used to seeing.

They use regular title insurance companies.
