Canadians Investing in the US

Hi everyone 

Looking for fellow Canadians who invest in rentals in the US. Would like to talk about lenders specifically. Any one had any good luck lately? I've used NSS lending as a broker before and completed one loan with Loan Source LLC. The loan experience was fine with both. I've also been speaking with Aloha Capital but have not used them. Just looking to see what lenders other Canadian investors have used.
