Also every forum post helps with getting the word out there for my book with BiggerPockets and podcasts with them, so that doesn't hurt either.Either way, even people who utilize BP for some of their lead gen will probably tell you it ends up starting out as work but becomes almost a hobby.

Most of the good stories have come from people that owned 20 to 30 houses at least and usually more.I am 61 years old and I'm bedridden so I spend 7 days a week, full time learning about real estate learning including book reading which I can complete each book in about 2 weeks. 

I have some questions while reading this book.

I think they just started doing their notices through face book so you can search REVIN on face book to find them. 

We started devouring podcasts and books a couple months back, and are looking to get our feet wet by the end of this year!

What books do you recommend for beginners?

Hi all,I'm just starting out and reading lots of books / getting smarter.

The knob and tube shouldn't be too much of a pain to swap out (but definitely do it).

I am trying to read every book i can get my hands on every day, even during my lunch break, i'm energized. 

I have read many books on the topic, but it's always nice to hear from an investor.
