My wife and I are new investors, and are new to the community. We started devouring podcasts and books a couple months back, and are looking to get our feet wet by the end of this year!

We're currently looking at out of state multifamily properties (currently in Austin, Texas among other cities), and we're looking to connect with like-minded investors. New or experienced, young or old, let's connect!

As a side note, we recently developed an interest in freshwater fishing... any bass anglers out there?
