Keep up the hard work and get at least one deal under your belt and it will teach you a ton!  

Hello BP, I'm curious to know more about wholesaling in the Georgia  area, (I live in Macon), since I'm new to real estate investing I wanted start there to get a couple deals under my belt.

Keep going step by step and you'll have your first investment under your belt.

That's awesome that you already have two properties under your belt.

We have been flipping for a few years (averaging 30-60k each profit)  and have 19 rentals under our belt and growing that bring us about 4500. profit a month and are now ALMOST able to quit the full time job of 27 years.....Scary to give up a 100k a year job but I think once we get our hands on a great 401k they are holding for ransomed (250k) and more time to flip we can do this!

We have 15,000+ deals under our belt and its proven to be very equitable.Hope this helps and PM me if you need more detail. 

I do have one 5 BR student rental SF under my belt should be very strong (just bought in January) with projected 17% Cash on Cash return albeit on a 30 year personal loan.  

My mentor (guru is such a negative word) has 1000 deals under his belt and 13 years of experience and has made millions, retiring at 28.

I want to get a deal or two under my belt.

I'm new to investing and trying to learn and do as much as i can to get into the game and get my first deal under my belt.
