We have been flipping for a few years (averaging 30-60k each profit)  and have 19 rentals under our belt and growing that bring us about 4500. profit a month and are now ALMOST able to quit the full time job of 27 years.....Scary to give up a 100k a year job but I think once we get our hands on a great 401k they are holding for ransomed (250k) and more time to flip we can do this!
