People here don't ask useful questions about the differences between rehabbing a 90-year-old bathroom in a Rust Belt city suburb last remodeled in the 1950s and rehabbing a bathroom in 1990s-era construction in Florida.

We have a couple of units with laundry either right up against the kitchen in a small closet or in a half bathroom next to the kitchen.

The house's upstairs consists of a bedroom, bathroom, and second seating area/office, so I would like to take that for myself so I have my own space as well as room to study. 

Additional things: windows look old though functional, exterior house trim needs painting, replace sink vanity in bathroom.. not sure how to calculate the cost of this.

The fella has been a good tenant and I have no complaints except that the bathroom was filthy a couple of times that I was there to do some work.

I added a full bathroom to the home and took out some walls, bathroom and Kitchen renovations, and general updating to the interior and exterior of the home.

I also had a toilet explode while a tenant was on vacation which caused the bathroom and kitchen the flood.

They knocked it out to make a bigger bathroom.
