I am totally clueless as to the process; however, I do know that I have to screen my Section 8 tenants the same way I screen other tenants.Is someone willing to share their process for screening (application, background check, etc.)?

Question that I have: Did you run their background checks?

To give you some background, I have a two unit rental property that I bought back around 2002 in the point breeze section of Philadelphia.  

I am a high school administrator, with a long background in general home construction, repair and handyman services. 

Screen tenants, criminal, employer and background checks.

They will still need a background check done though, the screening doesn't stop at income verification.
