Any advice/thoughts/opinions are more than welcome.

I am interested in the BRRRR strategy but I need advice on how to get started, or any other strategies that may help.

Following the advice of several of the books I have done some basic investigating in different markets out of state, as landlord laws are not very friendly in OR and houses are more costly than other areas I’ve looked at.The markets I’m considering are Cleveland, OH; Cincinnati, OH and Raleigh/Durham, NC.

My LLC is registered in Florida, so I'm uncertain if establishing a NY state LLC would be the best course of action.Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

We also aren’t set on doing long, medium, or short term, and would be open to advice about which way will probably be best for our given situation.

Lastly, I'm looking for some advice on how to narrow down what market I'm looking at.
