I wouldn't approve an app with those type of charges and having an offender like that will make it hard to attract and keep quality tenants.  

Blue skies and mountain-dry air make long, cold winters much more attractive, I guess.  

So, the tenants who are attracted to the lower rental prices can be rough at times, and this is reflected in the neighborhoods. 

Is it an attractive area?

If you don't see your city, just post in the state forum and make sure to include the area you're in in both the title and post itself to attract others with that keyword set.

@Barbara G.Hi Barbara I understand how prices in Waterbury can be attractive on some of the deals but you have to know the area because there are parts where the market is depressed and you will have a hard time getting a good tenant.

In a sliding resource town, you will have a smaller and likely less attractive tenant pool.

I like the idea and I believe I can attract a good customer base.However, not being in the lending business and not understanding the basics is not a good start.
