On Google Earth, 8607 Hispanola Dr appears to be a house in a residential neighborhood.  8507 does appear to be only a vacant parcel.Sorry for the problems you are running into.  

I'll get a professional opinion on that but doesn't appear to be an issue to me.

A hand addressed envelope is much more likely to get opened as it appears more personal and from someone known. 150 is a small size, but a start nonetheless.

And there is certainly the REI equivalent of that person, but they are not a newbie ... they have the experience, scale, and funds to do that, and that was earned first by operating locally.

In taking a conservative look at VRBO, this place appears to be in the $250-400 per day range for the prime summer weeks (July/Aug).I'm interested to hear how many weeks you are able to get "max" rent and how your rental rates and length of stay changes during the shoulder and off-season.Any input is greatly appreciated!!
