AirBnB in Des Moines?

Hi:

We're thinking about doing some AirBnBs in addition to our traditional rental portfolio.  We've got numerous questions and wanted to get to know some folks that have been down this road.  

I'll wait on the questions until after hopefully we've tracked down a couple that have 'embarked'.
