@Riley Gilson  they are talking about a LICENSEE  not a non licensed person.selling or assigning contracts is one thing.. putting adds in craigslist describing bed bath and pictures of home like  you own it is another.. or having a website with homes that appear to be owned by the wholesaler that is clearly selling RE without a license..

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial itch, partly because I’m a problem solver and business has some intriguing problems to solve.So far, it appears that real estate investing is the most viable path towards my goal.

Don't get hung up trying to force a deal and it appears you are not making that mistake.
