The adjacent district to all the cities historic districts are in demand because you don't have the red tape associated with building and or renovating.The six homes we are doing are all unique plans.

I wonder if continuing demand for living in SF will continue to increase rents, causing the area to continue to gentrify and make Bay View on par with the Sunset one day?

Also, no real management companies that I know of if you're seeking to have someone manage it.Although some units are rented, I would recommend assessing the demand for rentals in this rural area and how long it would take to find a renter at the price point in your area.
