You should have reviewed this before you signed the purchase agreement.

Look at how long they've been on the site (Trip Advisor, VRBO, HomeAway, etc) and look at the reviews.

Hello everyone,I was reviewing my first deal and the numbers to see how it has done over the past year.

I have had about 6 bids from general contractors so far.  None of them are up to par with what I am looking for as far as completeness and detail goes.  It seems that most contractors want to give you a total cost but...

1-I will greatly appreciated if anybody knows any good/affordable real estate attorney that can help me review some contracts and put my business entity in place in order to start wholesaling (I am located in Hyattsville Maryland)...? 

They wanted to see ATM withdrawals, again problem I never got out $500 exactly because I'd get whatever personal cash I needed at the same time.All that to say, the solution was a "higher level" review of the file by another person.
