We've made only two purchases.In the group there are investors all around Spain (Bilbao, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, ...) 

Another property the owner removed all the copper wiring damaging walls and ciling in the process.

But once your property is ready to be listed, find a good property management software that has all the features you need - Listing Syndication, Tenant Screening, Lease Signing, Rent Collection, etc; and you should be able to have a much better work-life balance.

We are staring to work with larger projects that will all be build to rent.  

Should I use something like propstream to find all acreage that fits my size parameters then just start doing drive-bys to see if it looks like it would work?

I'm contemplating if it would be better off in the future to have all long term units or if there's no cost difference for types of rentals. 

Because that's ALL your bringing to the table.
