My advise would be to ask a lender (maybe one can chime in here) that isn't biased by being involved in selling you the current sba loan;)

Carmela Edison I don't think you "have" to file your contract with a title company or attorney before you market your contract but many wholesalers advise it especially if you stand to make a nice profit.
