I got a little lost on the property info you wrote but just make sure someone else isnt in position to take property from under you or has to get paid wiping away any potential profit.

Putting a bad tenant in a place can be thousands of lost money.

After you've done it once or twice it is pretty straightforward, but there are so many different strategies out there that you can end up getting lost trying to do the right/best thing.
