If your a wholesaler I flip homes as well as run a 10 man renovation company so I can give you the most accurate estimate for repairs/ timeline available.

If I had a property that wasnt rented, I would be on top of my PM company every 2 weeks  to see where it had been listed/ how often if its craigslist and investigate to see if the information they give is accurate.
