How to Find SFR Rental Market Stats - Specific to Geo

JUST signed up for BP a few moments ago. I was trying to find out how many SFR rentals are in a given geographic area; for now, Greenville, SC. Does anyone know if there is any (semi) accurate data-resource out there for a sum-total of SFR rentals in a given market?
