hi i am new to bigger pockets and somewhat new to wholesaling i have done 6 flips since october. since i started wholesaling i have acquired 4 properties in florida 1 in ney york and a hotel in guatemala lol but have not had any luck moving them. i would love to hear any feedback recommendations or advice you may have for me.
