When I would plateau, I would get frustrated at the lack of growth, and one of my early coaches told me that you are hitting a glass ceiling, it hurts, do you bust thru?   

I was thinking should I invest here in NYC or look in Jersey or Vegas/Austin. 

I work for Bay Area Rapid Transit and I have been analyzing various deals up and down California and have also been looking at deals in Nevada, specifically in Reno and Las Vegas.

The NAR expects 10 markets to have home price appreciation that outpaces the rest of the country over the next three to five years: Ogden, Utah; Las Vegas; Fort Collins, Colo.; Colorado Springs; Dallas/Fort Worth; Columbus, Ohio; Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, N.C.; Charlotte; Charleston, S.C.; and Tampa/St.

I'm in the Las Vegas area and looking to get all my ducks in a row before making offers.

Here’s an analogy: the selling agent is the coach for the seller, the buying agent (when there is one) coaches the buyer.

Just following the Joe McCall way, maybe the most popular lease option coaches out there.
