It is my understanding that I could do a number of things.

Understanding the difference between an "expense and a cost" is critical, and the difference between "getting there first, and getting what's left".

You seem to really understand the position I am in with trying to find the right locations within SA. 

From what I understand I could refinance and take out 70% of the new refinanced amount, is that correct?  

I am a business owner and keeps looking for financing all the time and I totally understand her challenge.

I understand the need for cash flow and based on what your have said, it wouldn't be hard to get more.

I understand the neighborhoods and the rental market. 

I'm really interested in better understanding the way these relationships work and disfunction.
