@Dale Jiang talk to a lender and a great agent and have said agent set you up on an MLS search so you can start analyzing deals and stay on top of market trends!

I would still rather invest outside Cali.....moving vans are heading East and that cannot be good for real estate out there if trends continue.

It is inherently suburban (they will disagree with that, but don't let them fool you), which bodes well for the meta-trends away from urban cores right now. 

., I've not heard anything of this trend, but it is concerning to be sure!

Now it is mainly the trending discussions, what I assume are some sort of targeted threads based off my viewing history, and blog articles with a few threads my colleagues posted in at the bottom that don't seem to change that often. 

I think that trend is going to be reversed.

When comparing the months of March and April 2020 the upward trend has flattened, but isn't dropping off the charts like the stock market. 

Its called  Tech, Trends & Tricks of Real Estate investing.

While I am still admittedly in the accumulation phase of my real estate career, it is my current goal to learn as much as I can about Real Estate in the meantime - through RE tips and tricks from Graham Stephan and Meet Kevin on YouTube, through the BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast, and through all the knowledgeable contributors posting in the BiggerPockets Forums.
