Search on Hawaii State Judiciary...from the home page you can access necessary court forms, and do a criminal, civil, or traffic records search on locals.

Just let them know that you send a 100 of offers a day and it would be a waste of paper and time to fill out a complete purchase agreement..Now if there client agrees to the LOI then by all means send in a purchase agreement..Make sure it says and or assigns behind your name and in the addendum make sure you have your clauses " Outs" like Subject to partners approval, Subject to property title search.

Some of the time the search facilities will not be very good but try.The state board of Realtors many times has a website where they post information.

I get a call from the listing agent that the seller accepted my offer but we had to close in 2 days..... obviously not gonna happen since our loan was FHA so we lost the deal.I searched for the county treasurer, and then was able to find out who the attorney was and after 2 weeks of fighting with them i found out who the REO was, and then found out who the listing agent was.
