I'm you're neighbor in East Bay, living in Lafayette and working in San Francisco.  

The one detail I failed to mention is that an Airstream owner who did the same idea last year (sans garage challenge, just bought an Airstream and placed on big lot behind his house) sold his house and will rent me his Airstream for $500/mo. versus paying to store it.

Just had an offer accepted on a 4 plex in San Antonio area, new construction for 570K as of now putting down 300K and financing the rest probably going with a 15 yr. fixed but considering other options. 

Located in San Diego, California.

I was raised in San Antonio, Texas and I want to invest there in the next 3-4 months.

Inglewood, Hawthorne, San Pedro and 90047 LA are well positioned for growth at this time.
