I think its a matter spending a little more to hopefully appeal to a larger base of tenants, and maybe even demand a little more rent with an "updated" kitchen.At a minimum I would paint them.

I have one very large referral source, and use a google docs spreadsheet (that he and I can both view) that lists all of the referrals and a status update.

I talked to the case worker again and they said at this point because the eviction is imminent it would not matter if the tenant had someone pay the 2,500 on her behalf and would not affect her case.So I will call her bluff and she will pay or I will throw her out.I will update what happens.
