I just think it is vital to have some boots on the ground in the city where the investment property is, especially for smaller operators. 

Another option is for the wholesaler to purchase the property outright and then sell it to the end buyer concurrently.

I like the possibility of not having to do renovations on a property.

You can't have 2 listings for same property on same platform.You could have a seperate houfy (or similar) account for direct bookings.
