@Marvin HudsonHi Marvin,I took an online real estate course and completed 75 hours of pre-license coursework because it was most convenient for me, although I feel I would have been less stressed in class. 

I’ve been looking into some online banks for my own personal accounts, and possibly my business accounts.

It's a little tougher now with Covid, but there are still online options to make new connections.

You can likely find some example documents online or on BiggerPockets of multi-member LLCs but definitely recommend finding a lawyer.

I only found one in my online searching (770 Hard Cash).

Since the whole covid crisis I became sell employed reselling new and used goods online.

Here in California, you need to pass an online program and you get a certificate.

I would always have a contract written even it's from an online source.

There is some multi family inventory in the area that is alright and I usually know of some coming online. 

If they have an in person Event I could make that happen.It’s not about the time commitment per say it’s about the location and being able to get away and book those time slots off easier in person.
