Newly Self Employed - How do I buy real estate?
Since the whole covid crisis I became sell employed reselling new and used goods online. I want to buy a house to live in and do a live in flip. How would I go about this? I have 10k saved in the bank and good credit. I ALREADY KNOW you usually can't get approved for a mortgage without 2 years tax returns. What is the best way to attempt to go at this? I'm a firm believer if there is a will there is a way. Any resources appreciated. If it matters I live in Pensacola Fl
