Gaps in employment affecting an FHA can be up to 6 months (google search) but I'd be calling and asking.

Carriers are more aggressive about this deductible increase when you're rental is located in a heavy wind/hail area (KS, TX, MN, CO, MO, AR, OK, etc.).  

However, I feel the search for a real estate agent is not going as smoothly, and I am seeking some advice.So here's the question:I connected to a few agents through Bigger Pockets. 

Some of the surrounding neighbors do not maintain their properties as well, but great investors recognize a good deal and have vision of where the market is heading based on location and market growth year over year.

If you already identified a property you wanted like so in this case, you don't need a buyer agent to do the searching for you for obvious reasons, and working with the listing agent gives him the incentive to encourage your offer so he/she receives double commission. 

Location (most important): Pick strong neighborhoods with plenty of growth, high quality tenants, historically strong areas. 

I would ignore those search results.

Includes pool, large backyard (for the area and also a corner lot), great location, family-friendly neighborhood. 

The first house actually has 1.5 bathrooms (the half bathroom is located in the unfinished basement) and covers a total area of 1450 square feet.
