So if you don't already know about buying real estate then you're trying to learn while using an account with additional rules you need to follow.You can buy with 'non-recourse financing' but the DP and interest are higher, so you need to understand and account for that in planning your purchase.

My hold co in the end would purchase the property for 500K from my wholesale LLC.

I understand some of the possible implications of making this move would be a likely higher interest rate and lower NOI on the new investment but would like to get additional feedback on what other things I should take into consideration with this possible move from those out there who might have some experience in this realm.
