Well/and individual septic for each site, city water is also available.I'm basically evaluating it at land value of $15k/acre and my thoughts were to just sell the park portion and maybe 10-20 acres then keep the rest as my wholesale fee.

I would envision entrance through a main hallway to individually locked spaces with security, 24 your access...etc and built specifically for document/light storage rather than cars/boats..etc.

Hello Bryan,I too am interested in MHP's from the standpoint of the value of individual units and personal property tax liens.I don't have any idea what lot rents should be in NC, but in Colorado, the same lot would cost a tenant between $450 and $550 per month more than likely.
