The houses seem to be in ok condition, but the two things that stick out to me are the electrical on the main house and the foundation on the small house where the addition was made.

The saving grace of this home, all the natural woodwork was kept in remarkable condition AND since the home is in the flight path of the airport, 5 years ago Mitchell International came in and replaced all the windows, exterior doors, installed 2 new furnaces, 2 new central air units, basement dehumidifiers, and water heaters.

On higher-end properties, I can tell you that Pittsburgh Public Schools is pretty much relentless on those reassessments these days.If you buy low, yes, you can get reassessed based on comps and the condition it's in, but you'll never get it all the way down to what you paid for it in a tax auction.

The property has only pictures of the outside and has been posted for almost a year with no price adjustments so i figured it may be in good condition but needs minor repairs😬 i guess i wont have an accurate analysis unless i contact the agent and find out more about the property.
