I don’t have nearly as much businsss as you do but we f doo our best to try to set them up with strong motivated buyers (sometimes we’re doing a sell and buy situation), and we also offer rental listings from our PM side if they’re going through a dry spell and need to earn but fortunately that rarely happens.

Whether you pay all in cash or use some external financing, it can be a total waste of your time starting to look for locations and properties before knowing that you're gonna be able to pay for the property first (in a way that will give you the return on investment you desire).
