You know I've been on this forum for over three years now and I don't ever recall seeing anyone brag about how much money they make in their introduction and/or their profile.

If you have additional, specific requirements, you and your agent should look every day for properties that fit that profile, go look at them as soon as they pop up, and immediately make an offer.

As a licensed agent, I typically put the same info thats a on a property profile pulled from Title...

Everyone else, the agent can plug in the key individual data needed to find an individual risk profile for a person based on the data provided by the actuaries.

I would start here by spending time with your profile, make quality contacts, and spend time in the forums with the niche you have found to be most suitable for your lifestyle.

I downloaded the spreadsheet on the deal analysis forum, and was pleased to see that it produced results quite close to my own calculations (and both have me making money :).

I check the groups, bulletins, blogs, articles, profiles, etc.
