Especially as the rental market here in Nashville is taking a bit of a dip.

Rentals go really fast here and you can show the house while it's vacant.

I appreciate any help and adivce as everyone on here is usually so amazing and helpful.

Novice “future” landlords here—Where did y’all start with getting your lease and even a property manager? 

I have his number but haven't called him in 30 years......perhaps somebody knows something here.......Some of his material would make a great course for my kids school....that's how important his ideas are.........I know he had mentors too so I'm not giving him all the credit.........any feedback would be appreciated....thanks
