I am in the Denver area and just purchased a condo in a 125 unit building.

I've seen a lot of manufactured (fixed trailer) homes in Denver/Colorado.

But knowing the Denver market, would your condo make a good candidate for an MTR?

While some people won't be able to afford a vacation, many will, but will have to scale down and won't want to travel via plane/airport.

I'm located in north Denver metro area.

I have 2 MTR's in Denver and one LTR.

I have thought about turning that unit into a STR as I am near the airport.

The film industry brings a lot of transient wealth to the area, and the world's busiest airport is not going away anytime soon.But to answer your question I think need to understand a high and low range of projected performance.
