Invest in Manufactured Homes

Dejan Rajkovic
Posted

Hi I'm starting to look for my first investment property. I've been doing a lot of reading and gathering information, but there's one thing that I'm kinda curious about. I've seen a lot of manufactured (fixed trailer) homes in Denver/Colorado. The whole blocks/communities of them across the city. Would someone consider that as a potential investment, why or why not? Thank you!

@Dejan Rajkovic  I do mobile homes on land rehabs/new home exclusively now.  I would never turn back.  Huge profit margins and they sell in no time.  Its basically the only option for low income housing these days in the metro Atlanta market.  I learned all the " dont do mobile homes" or "the are a depreciating asset" stuff when I started too.  On land that is certainly not the case.
