Additionally, If anyone knows of other methods to get into investing without tons of cash on hand please feel free to comment and share your knowledge, information and experiences.

Like I always say, I can get a loan on a $20m commercial property easier than a $100k 1-4 family so take my comment in that context. 

If you don't want your information to be present in such a way, you can take the efforts to change the titling of your properties and that'll prevent it from happening in the future, but as for what's already out there, outside of complaining directly to the companies that post the information, you're probably stuck.

Current investors flipping please comment your thoughts

In your experience, would a lender be inkline to helping him for a short period of time if he was able to present the purchase and sale agreements he had in his pipeline?

Please do not take any of my comments personally.The first thing that popped into my head is why renting Single Family Homes and why not Fix and Flip or Quick Flip in this economy?
