You might have done this already but maybe calling some agents there or finding property management companies in that area?

From owning this property, I have learned so much and overall it has been a great experience!

So before you get ready to attempt to rip your Landlord a new one, first go take it up with the local taxing authority, then go have it out with the insurance industry, then gripe to the neighborhood HOA (if applicable), then maybe settle your disputes with Home Depot/Lowes and any and all trade contractors.

Especially because I have my eye on a few more just like this one! 

Therefore, you really need to have a great team in place and be able to source labor and materials at "in house" prices.
