Their prices are extremely reasonable which is always a bonus but they provide better service and knowledge than some of the bigger real estate specialists.

If so, adding a shed for bike storage might get you a bit more in rent (and have the added bonus of keeping tenants from dragging their bikes through your house--which tends to cause damage).

The reason I ask is city of San Diego has gone all in on higher density housing such as ADU bonus program, unlimited ADU count in existing space, and as close as SB10 came to being incorporated (backed by mayor but rejected by planning Commission).I have not followed Chula Vista but have not heard of the same extreme measures.
