It's a win-win all the way across, and again even if things cost a little bit more it's the right thing to do.I also don't think most potential renters really shop or have the electric bill at top of mind as they apartment hunt, and thus you really find out what the bill is on the back end after you move in, sometimes to pretty a hefty bill.Of course I have bias given that I own an energy efficient lighting manufacturing company, and have otherwise been in solar and lighting for ten years, but the business and ROI numbers speak for themselves and that's why I got into it in the first place.

There will only be a few brokerage shops that specialize in this...for example, Dallas is a huge market for multifamily but there are only about a dozen or less brokerage houses there that sell large multifamily, and out of that dozen, there are probably 3-5 of them that sell the majority of the product.I'll warn you, this isn't easy and it's a relationship business.

It is close to the University of Louisville and to the airport, but there are nicer neighborhoods that are also close that have more restaurants, coffee shops, etc. to offer an out of town visitor.
