Your high-end cabinets are usually going to be painted white or black, or wood stained light or dark.

Unfortunately the black light is going to show 100’s of things including…Turmeric (a spice), Olive oil, Canola oil, Honey, Ketchup so I would assume much of the kitchen will show up, and don’t go near the bathroom. :-)You can fight odors if there are any (though I don’t think you mentioned it.) with an ozone generator while the property is empty.

My only suggestion would be to turn the phone sideways to give yourself a view like you would see on TV and get ride of the black on either side.  

We always try to buy with conservative numbers putting us in the black. 

Well, here it is in black and white, my mortgage company is letting me know I've skipped / saved 53 payments and $48,500.In this time, the interest portion of my payment went from around $950 to $850 (the $106 I referenced earlier) for an average of $900 over those hypothetical 53 payments. 53 x $900 = $47,700, which is basically the number they are giving me below (within a margin of error).

The AC handler leaked some without my knowledge and yes there was a small amount of water mold but not enough to make one sick and not the kind of mold that is black and you see in some homes.  

So you advertise it again, and you get a black family this time, who happens to have an eviction but otherwise meet your criteria.And this time you say no. 

I agree with @Dawn Anastasi - a really bright color, like a crimson or cobalt blue or a kelly green, or a very dark color such as very dark brown or even black will pull the focus away from the -ahem- neutral milky chocolatey poopy brown glaze.  

Yes i know the red is ugly, so it will get repainted to a black or another color.Mods, if this is not the right forum, please move it as you see fit.
