We really want to pursue this as our path to financial freedom.Recently we came across a grouping of 3 homes.  1 single family home (4/4) recently renovated, and 2 other homes that appear to be single family but are metered for 2 units (6/4 and a 3/1 metered for 3). 

The premise of establishing an LLC for a partnership is sound, but I don't see any benefit for appearing 'legit' to a lender.  

I would not be surprised of Notice(s) of Mortgage Sale also appear in the Ontario Gazette.Matt:You are absolutely correct, a property purchased at tax sale comes with no assurances, so it is best to do your homework before bidding.

But, while we were in escrow, some green spay paint appeared on the ground marking a location.

In Lynn, you may see something that appears cheaper, but you have an increased risk with the tenant base.

The numbers appear to be working on the above mentioned project, so I am about to give it a go.  

But nothing else appears to be missing. 

The problems appears when you try to put a new mortgage on the house or want to sell it again.

I started with Huntsville but it appears that it is getting too saturated.

No yard of any kind for family to use it appears.
