I prefer NE Euclid - NE of the new Amazon Fulfillment Center and Lake County.  

If you are talking about apartments that are bigger than an efficiency or a studio, I think tenants expect a kitchen big enough to fit normal size appliances and adequate cabinet space.

And with Amazon taking over, more big box and smaller companies are shipping, and ordering online is becoming more the norm for consumers. 

As a frequent flyer to the Tahoe area I definitely believe this house will kill it with skiers in the winter and boaters/lake enthusiasts in the summer.We manage 75+ properties in FL, ranging from studios at $80 a night to 5 bedroom beach houses going over $2,000 a night. 

@Brett Babcock we looked at a 50 unit building in Chicago (South Shore) in 2010 made up of mostly studio and 1 bedrooms and they was one one Peoples and one Comed meter.  

Would you leave 4 stars on Amazon and purchase that product again?

I once had a NYC landlord in 2008 hang up & curse me out daily for a week when I asked for a rent reduction on renewal (1 bedrooms were renting cheaper than my studio & owner's were paying the brokers fees at that time).  

This house has a 2-car garage which was converted into studio more than 20 years ago (the seller also shows us the document of permission to convert).

She went out last week to the property and dropped off a welcome package along with an Amazon gift card I bought for the tenants (to try to start out with a good relationship).The numbers: 13+% cap rate, property taxes $745 per year, tenant pays all utilities, net cash flow $339 per month.Mortgage: Chemical Bank, friendly but SLOW.
