There are 4 styles of townhomes here and they are all luxury homes it's really pretty. 

If this is a ranch style is there any chance you can turn it into two units?

(No, this doesn't mean i'm looking to take a bad deal to get something under my belt).But i guess i'm just wondering -- Is my criteria something people are finding, but when they refer to no deals, they refer to better, larger "home run style" deals?

That normally means one of two things: 1. rent-by-the-room/house hack style or 2.

It appears that generally as you decrease your style of living with a house hack, the more it can cashflow.

It is hard enough as it is to find these HH style of house and the last thing you want to do is pass up on one b/c you are thinking another one might come down the pipeline with larger sf.Excited to hear you future success story!
