Hi everyone, I have been watching many YouTube videos, particularly some by a real estate investor by the name of Michael Lush.  

I have been reading books and blogs and watching videos on investing.

I laugh at all the flashiness and fancy things people buy, while I'm watching my net worth go up.

He can invest passively into real estate deals (or other investment vehicles)and watch his money grow.

I think BP offers such great resource for newbies, helping calm the fears of getting started by watching others do it.  

Bradley,Kudos to you for asking for resources where you can educate yourself.Once you've read what others have recommended and you're ready and willing to do those things to be successful that you won't learn in books, shift your resource focus from books to YouTube.
