Sometimes you will never know their fee, sometimes its in the assignment, typucally a wholesaler will make average or $10+/- per deal. which there is a very wide range.

@Reno LawThis situation is rife for the seller (wholesaler/realtor) Bypassing the MLS limits the property's exposure significantly because most real estate company websites receive feed from the MLS, so listings are widely distributed.Not all agents search these alternated listing site's (Zillow, Realtor.com) so they won't know about your property.
